You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or similar collective proceedings.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects our intent.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Orion Digital Solutions regarding the use of AstroAnsh and supersede all prior agreements.

Survival
